Certain songs encapsulate The Digital Sea for me. “Right Where It Belongs” from Nine Inch Nails is one of those songs. Especially at the point the concert noise fades into the quiet song. The Digital Sea is all about augmented reality and augmented reality is all about the perception of reality and “Right Where It Belongs” captures that moment of realization, when it passes from one state to another.
