Today has been a busy day.  I’m on the final stretch for the Fires of Alexandria, my son had a makeup soccer game this afternoon, I mowed the lawn and read through a dozen story submissions for the Mirror Shards Anthology.  But all those pale beneath the looming giant that is the HBO premier of Game of Thrones tonight.

If you’ve been following this blog for any length of time, you would know that besides augmented reality, I also love books.  And I think I’ve also said before that if we’re talking books and suggesting new ones to be read, I will always bring up George R.R. Martin’s Game of Thrones.  I won’t belabor the point any longer, but I will kindly point you in the direction of HBO tonight.  From what I’ve read, HBO is free this weekend, so you can catch the premier before it goes back to subscription.

And once you are hooked, make sure you let them know it was Game of Thrones that got you to sign up for HBO.  Winter is coming…
